Three Australian scholarships available (approx value $350 each). Scholarship can be used towards registration, travel and accomodation.

Blend your expertise and experience with your fellow IABC leaders from around the region to get new ideas on how to retain and grow membership, run great professional development, manage succession issues for your chapter board and much more!

The Leadership Institute focuses on leadership training for Asia Pacific leaders and prospective leaders, so Board members and prospective Board members. IABC leaders from around the region get together to share best practice about common issues and hear from past and present IABC leaders in a series of workshops on relevant topics.  You may be surprised at how many chapter issues are common worldwide.

Asia Pacific Leadership institute attendees can use the hotel discounts available to WPRF attendees.  Registration for the Asia Pacific Leadership Institute is only AU$145.

Both scholarships are open to all IABC members in the IABC Pacific region. You may apply for a scholarship to one or both events. However, the Leadership Institute scholarship is specifically targeted at IABC Chapter leaders and prospective leaders so entrants should specifically address how they would address the leadership needs of their local chapter in their application.

Entrants write one page on why they should get the scholarship, how they would benefit, how their chapter would benefit. Winners are expected to make a commitment to their chapter in a volunteer role which suits the needs of the chapter. All entrants must be members.

Closing date for entries: Friday 5 October, 2012
