Designed with the modern communications professional in mind, IABC Advance provides IABC members and non-members a place to learn, connect and advance their professional knowledge and acumen.

IABC has also developed the IABC career assessment to enable you to determine your current career milestone (foundational; generalist/specialist; strategic advisor; business leader – the four career stages outlined in the Career Road Map.) by self-rating your skills and knowledge — on a seven-point scale — in the six principles of the IABC Global Standard. Immediately after completing the assessment, you receive a personalised report outlining strengths and potential focus areas for career development, with links to IABC resources.
