This full-day, in person masterclass in Melbourne will increase your knowledge, skills, and understanding of crisis communications and reputation management, to ensure you or your team are prepared for the challenges that may lie ahead.

9.00am: Part 1 – Foundations of crisis and issues management
10.30am: Break – morning tea
11.00am: Part 2 – Management of a crisis
12.30pm: Break – lunch
1.30pm: Part 3 – Mastery of reputation management and recovery
3.30pm: Debrief & reflections, followed by networking 

The masterclass has been designed in three parts, each building on the foundations of the last, to give a broad understanding of the skills, techniques, processes and best practices in crisis communications leadership and support, and provide a deeper strategic toolkit from which to draw on to manage a crisis or major issue.

 

About the host

Clare Gleghorn has more than a decade of experience working in government, public affairs and corporate communications roles in Australia and overseas. Clare was previously the Director of Corporate for the Melbourne office of Edelman and started her communications career with the Victorian Government. She has also worked in the UK with Shell and the UK Government.

Clare is now the Managing Director of Bastion Reputation, a leading corporate communications and business consultancy. Bastion Reputation has specialised in Crisis Communications from day one, it remains a core part of the business offering today.
