Lara joined Staffbase in 2018 and has since been deeply immersed in global employee communications technology and trends. She has played a key role in connecting Staffbase with the communications industry, helping the company build the first Employee Communications Cloud. Lara's interests include communications measurement and outcomes, digital employee experience (DEX), and the role of AI and machine learning in the workplace. Lara is based in the US.

With a career spanning leading disruptive and technology-first businesses, Sarah has successfully led high-performing and award winning teams, developed transformative communication strategies, and spearheaded crisis management efforts at the executive level.
Marsha Jacobs, Former General Manager of Communications, Virgin Australia
Marsha is a senior communications leader, with 20 years of experience in the media, consulting and corporate affairs sectors. She has a deep understanding of crisis management, matters impacting reputation, issues and stakeholder management, and operating within legal and regulatory frameworks.
Marsha is currently consulting, and was until recently the General Manager of Communications at Virgin Australia, leading both the strategic development and tactical execution of Virgin Australia’s group-wide external and internal communication strategies.
Richard Chapman, Managing Director, Bastion Amplify
A creative communications practitioner with broad industry experience, Rich believes in the power of brands sharing their stories. He co-founded a PR and experiential agency Spark Impact and has worked with global media and communication agency networks connecting brands with consumers. He has worked with leading global and local consumer and corporate brands, sporting bodies, rights holders, government and NFP organisations developing and implementing tailored campaigns across PR, sponsorship, experiential, social and content marketing.
